Pickup orders are available on:

- Saturday

Customers must select an available pickup date and time during checkout.
Failure to collect an order within the agreed pickup window may affect food quality, for which Lexi’s Kitchen cannot be held responsible.
5. Catering Services
Catering inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
A catering reservation is only confirmed after:
- Menu selection has been finalized.
- Pricing has been approved;
- Required deposits or payments have been received.
Lexi’s Kitchen reserves the right to decline catering requests based on availability.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
A La Carte Orders
Orders may be cancelled only if preparation has not yet begun.
Once food preparation has commenced, refunds may not be available.
Catering Orders
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits paid for catering services may be non-refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
